The first edition of the hymn-book of Ḳahal Ḳadosh Beth Elohim in Charleston, South Carolina containing seventy-four hymns, published in 1842 partly to commemorate the consecration of the congregation's new synagogue building. This is a recording of a chanting of Ḥaggai 2:2-23, read by Isaac Gantwerk Mayer. When the first day of Ḥanukkah is a Shabbat, the last day of Ḥanukkah is also Shabbat.
